A part supplied by Luminov that fails within 10 years is replaced. An installation error, in the first year, is corrected at no charge.
The lights
The LEDs, the track and the controller supplied by Luminov, for 10 years. A module that fails is replaced.
The installation
The mounts, hidden wiring and connections done by our team, for 1 year. If something comes loose or shifts, we come back to fix it, at no travel charge.

A team you can reach with questions about the app, scenes or timers.

Many issues can be solved remotely, from the app. Otherwise, we schedule a visit with you.

We repair
Our team repairs or replaces whatever’s covered. You pay nothing for anything under warranty.
What’s not covered
To be clear from the start, here are the situations that fall outside the warranty.
- ✕Damage caused by a third party, an accident or vandalism.
- ✕Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than Luminov.
- ✕Damage related to work done on the home (roof, gutters, siding) after installation.
- ✕Failures caused by the home’s electrical or Internet network.
