Questions about permanent Christmas lights
Do the lights have to come down after the holidays?
No. They stay under the eaves all year. In January, you simply change the colour from the app, or turn them off.
Are snow and ice a problem?
No. The track is mounted under the eaves, sheltered from snow build-up, and the LEDs withstand frost and freezing rain.
How are the lights powered?
The system plugs into an existing outdoor outlet. If there is no outlet near the eaves, our team shows you the simplest solution during the quote.
What is the warranty?
10 years on the parts supplied by Luminov, and 1 year on installation labour. What the warranty covers.
