Become an installer of permanent LED lights

Luminov provides the clients, the truck and the equipment. You organize your installations around your schedule and carry them out at clients’ homes. Pay is on commission.

Luminov is a Quebec company founded by Charle. We install permanent LED lights on homes and businesses: a discreet track that matches the eaves, controlled from an app, lighting up the façade all year round.

The parts of every installation are under warranty for 10 years. To carry out these installations for our clients, we’re looking for installers today.

    You get your installations

    Luminov assigns you clients and the installations to complete. You take charge of them.

  2. 02

    You schedule the appointments

    You fit the installations into your schedule, taking the clients into account.

  3. 03

    You talk with the clients

    You are the link with the clients assigned to you, to coordinate the work.

  4. 04

    You drive the truck

    You travel to clients’ homes with the truck and equipment provided by Luminov.

  5. 05

    You install the lights

    You install the permanent LED lights, outdoors.

Luminov provides the means. You take care of the rest.

You don’t have to find clients or buy equipment. In exchange, the organization and quality of the installations are on you.

These are qualities that go with the role. Two conditions are required:

  • A class 5 driver’s licence
  • Being available to travel within a radius of at least 80 km around Montreal

Training is provided by Luminov.

You’re paid on commission

How you’re paid

Your pay works on commission, tied to the installations you complete. There’s no amount or rate shown on this page: the exact terms are explained to you during the phone conversation with Luminov, before any decision.

What that independence means

You organize your own installations around your schedule. That also means booking appointments with clients, keeping to what was agreed with them, and seeing through the installations assigned to you. Your schedule is built around those commitments.
